This is one of my pet peeves.
Why the hell do telcos always act so surprised after they sell customers "unlimited" data access plans and then find that the customers actually use them?

How the hell do you use so much on a mobile phone, anyway?
127 million population, you'd think their servers could handle a bit more local bandwidth.

ohhh trust me u can use it, I have no Idea how much I use per month but it would be a lot
for example I was in Motegi using Skype ( wifi ) to call NZ, bet that used a bit
then You tube, I watch that on the 30 min train ride every nite
Dropbox an on-line storage, that get hammered a lot
before I got unlimited plan for the phone I was listening to National radio at nite , that cost 44 000 yen ( I got unlimited REAL quick after that )
then there is all the time on KB .............. there is half of NTTs profits right there!
