Now you will certainly NOT want to scratch it will ya - you might even be a bit more hesitant going into corners = slower so maybe we will be able to catch up ! LOL. Nah serious cool paint colour. Almost as good as the official Ferrari metallic maroon I have on mine which has increased the speed of the bike !

I got a long way to go before progressing far enough to own a bike with dangerous colours.(stats say I am less likely to fall of a green bike,or if its overcast a blue bike).

Reds a little dangerous for me.Red bikes go fast but crash also and im already disadvantaged by my lack of co-ordination and balance.
WarrenW
19th July 2009, 13:23
Lack of coordination makes for better crashes - arms and legs going in all directions are really spectacular.
Maybe compromise and put some flames on the side.

Do we know for sure that the meeting is still on? Don't want to get all the way up there tomorrow morning and find the gates closed 'cause the infield is too wet and muddy or something like that.
The Manners website doesn't say anything, but then I'm not sure they update it too often.
Anyone?

I went this morning for the test day.
It was raining on and off all day. But plenty of of people out there on bikes plus a few cars. They ran until 4pm.
Just been out in the car and the roads are just about dry in Feilding.

Historically the club found that they couldn't get enough track time in summer and therefore ran a winter series ... in summer as you can imagine there is a hell of a lot of demand and getting track time was almost impossible each month. In doing the winter series, there are still times where getting the track can be difficult, but the winter series is a well ingrained part of motorcycle sport in New Zealand now as well.
