Are there any companies that insure your gear as well as your bike? Anyone that would insure gear for replacement or an agreed value?
I just went into AMI to insure my bike and asked about having my gear insured. They said my only option would be to get contents insurance :finger:

Oh yea.. and I'm under 25 and on my learners. I just tried to look at STAR but they don't insure under 25's.

Kiwibike do gear cover, I think it was $100 a year, but check with your home and/or contents insurance company and see if it's covered

I had a look at Kiwibike but my excess was going to be $1000. Id rather pay a bit more and have little/no excess... probably wishful thinking though.
