We'll nut the details out, decide which direction, make a plan.

There will be a criteria, which will require resumes, a process, and a contract - which the length of could be one season, but may go further, depending on the relationship and attitude.

We will need to see, particularly with a passionate and struggling youth rider: prior racing experience, career focus (professionally and personally) demonstrate a willingness to work, and obviously be happy to live, inspire, and back, a happy sober responsible anti drink-drive message.

Right now nothing is set in concrete, but...

I shall put up a post when I can tell you more :)
