when i get to 12k (redline) my bike cuts out.. is this normal for a 150 2 stroke? :confused:

It is, if the bike has a revlimiter (ignition cut-out to prevent the motor blowing up).

Your powerband is worn out - they crap out when stretched to the limit.Go down to Mitre 10 and buy a box of 6...far cheaper than genuine Suzuki ones.

Sometimes they just slip off the end of the torsion bar. A replacement gigly pin should lock it in place.

Nahh it's simpler than that. Its a two smoker, they use crankcase compression to pump up the power band. Like inflating a tyre. All you need to do is go the servo and put some more air in your crankcases. Pump them up to 100psi and she'll fly.
