Loncin 110 kid's quad - choke lever?

does anybody know which way the choke lever works on a loncin 110 kids quad. the lever is under the left handle bar and was wondering is it on when it is to the left or right? cheers for any help.

Easiest way is to have a look at the lever underneath.Youll see which way is PULLING on the cable --that way is choke on.
If I had to guess Id say away from bike is choke off towards bike choke on.
