RG150 won't start. My 1st bike "plz HELP"

hey guys , got my first bike today . suzuki rg150 1998 . it wont start . i was told it is the cdi ! how to fit it? any help would be much appericiated !!!thanks in advance !!

check you have fuel...(on reserve?)

check there is a spark ...

The CDI just plugs in. Get another one and swap it over.

hehe, make sure that your kills switch is OFF ;)

Also check that your fuel tap is on after checking petrol.

If all else fails then jump start it. If that fails change the spark plug. If all else fails then give up and drink beer.

whip the tank off and pull the spark plug out, while its still in the spark lead, hold the plug close to the head of the motor and kick the starter a few times. might help if two people do it. if theres no spark it could be a wiring problem (start from the ignition)

when i had this problem on my old rg it turned out to be a dodgy terminal block coming from the ignition
