There has been some kerfuffle in the local press recently about people getting clamped for parking in disabled spaces without the correct cards showing - even though they were entitled to park there - just had the wrong card or forgot it or whatever.
This Adam Hills clip reminded me about it. Check from 2.05 to 2.30. I reckon he has a good idea there...
