Well the bike is "gone burger" I sold it this afternoon and its heading to Christchurch for some Motarding action down there.
So whats next ??? yup thats the big question
Cause Im a complete headcase I cant make a decision but have two current choice sets in consideration
1/Motards
I have two bikes Im looking at, one a Aprilia sxv550 and the other a 08 KTM450smr
this means more racing which is fine but I do think of the body a bit.
2/ Sportsbike
Get a nice Zxr, GSX750 or R1 or something and do the occasional road ride and some trackdays.
I love trackdays but have a concern for throwing my pride n joy down the track and not that keen on road riding
So there ya go, complete headcase eh
whats your thoughts peps??
whatever I do I need something thats for sure but I cant afford two bikes sadly so one will be it.
Interested to know what you think.

Buy neither, focus on the business and sponsor some riders.
Like scorry who just had to get some parts. Sponsor several riders and it'll save you heaps, you'll get that warm feeling, advertising and more buso. They'll probably let you have a go. And maybe buy a cheaper road bike / track bike.
And don't look at trademe till you've made a decision in case you accidentally click the bid button several times.

and a Cheap Streetstock 150!

Sponsor the class next year, and we might even let you win a race ;)

Fuck all this - go to Vegas, hire a couple of hookers - $10k would go in a couple of hours, but it'd be the ride of your life...
Or go buy a GSXR600 - no need to stick your leg out to make the barge turn, and it's like having 2.2 KTM's with 110 flywheel ponies...

Track days do not compare in any way to the adrenalin you get when racing.
Get a perm....I mean a pro twin.

Hah, yes, your new bike is sitting in my garage. Complete with two sets of plastics, ventura rack, touring screen. Maybe even a KTM tank bag if I feel like throwing it in. Also a pile of used slicks, front and rear...

$10k without:
* The handguards
* Screen
* Second set of plastics
* Tank bag
* Pack rack
* Heated grips (wraparound type)
* Slicks (selection of 3 pairs, used)
* 16T sprocket (15T currently fitted)
