Chill, it's a good thing ... let me explain why.

There's, what, thirty/fourty odd bikers killed on our roads each year. Now, if we all rode identically - ATGATT, good bikes, good tyres, proper training, paying attention, no drugs or booze, only going out when there's no rain etc. etc. etc. - then you'd be able to make a case for the axe to fall on any one of us completely randomly. However, some people take the piss - go really fast, wear jandals, have fucked tyres, ride pissed, be carver, that sort of thing - and in the process expose themselves to loads more risk. Proportionally, therefore, the risk upon the "good" riders is lower - the shit riders stretch the bell curve out and shoulder a disproportionately higher risk.

So, thanks nutters! All we need now if for you to shoulder a disproportionately large ACC bill and we'll be set!
