MAJOR Traffic Delays - Hutt Valley to Wgtn

Just a heads up. There is a car upside down in the northern motorway lane at the petone on ramp. They are not allowing vehicles onto the motorway via the Petone roundabout and the motorway is very blocked up past Lower Hutt toward Upper Hutt.
