Okay so i met a few kind guys from here and some are not which let me photograph their bikes the other night....

I'm building my portfolio and will be keen to photograph some more bikes so i can show my future customers some of my work....... what you guys will get is some photos at free of chatge which you can print upto A3 size poster which will look great.

I still have many more to come just some need the owner's approval for me to post them and some are just waiting to be proccessed........ oh and i will be going out to take more pix of the sexy 600rr and the 1000rr so pleanty more of them to come haha

If anyone's keen and have a neat looking bike please PM ME and we might be able to sort out some shoot as i'm still looking for more bikes/cars for my portfolio........

It's refreshing to see quality pictures of bikes that haven't been draped with some big busted, baby-oil covered, bikini-clad, 21 year old girl who is distracting your eye from the motorcycle. :devil2:

Mind you if you have any pictures like that you could post them as reference only .......:rolleyes:

Funny you say that........... there were TWO chicks on the shoot haha but like i said i will have to ask the owners/ladies themselves for permission to post/use their photos....

Mean photo's mate, I haven't seen good still life pics of bikes for a long time. They're always leaned over on a track somewhere. I like the night shots best.
If you want to flik me a PM and you more than welcome to photograph my bike.
Its a K8 GSXR750 in Black and Orange. Would look forward to see what you can do with it.

toot toot Im jealous...there is a black and orange 750 at one of the bike shops in wellington that I drool over every time Im in there! I love the colours!

this first one is for my friend... ui love this bike... no matter what condition it's in... it's a beast... sounds AMAZING and goes like a rocket.... ;)

I used to do a bit of photography myself. I might have continued if digital cameras had come out a bit sooner.

Getting the depth of field blur was my thing. Getting the right effect on a 3D bike is not so easy and has been IME well done by our man.

Just a white plastic back board will be enough to distribute the flash and bring out the colours.

Would love to get back into photography.

hahha... that's pushing it! free photos AND a polish! no lol! if you want some photos i'd gladly do some... let me know via PM...

My kit? haha ... hmm... yes i use external flash... i've gone through heaps of gear but this is what i currently shoot with...

Nikon-D700 + MB-D10 | Nikkor 16-35mm f/4G VR | Nikkor 24-70mm f/2.8G | Nikkor 105mm f/2.8G Micro VR | Nikkor 70-200mm f/2.8GII VR | Nikon SB-900 |Nikon SB-600 and three pocket wizard PLUS II's
Nikkor 200mm f/2 VR G just sold that... was an awesome lens....
