Pitted casings?

Hey Guys/Gals looking at buying an 05 crf250r and noticed when i looked at it the engine casings seem to be "pitted" like lots of little holes etc in them

Just wandering if this is normal
Also since i cant give it a compression test but it started from stone cold easy as is that a good enough indication that is ok?

I know alot of CRFs with this i think it is just a bad casting mine also has it above oil filter area only

Yeah thats where it is anything to worry about?

Na i wouldnt worry all my mates CRFs have that. Still grind him down on price because of it lol
