Hiya
Got passed today by someone trying to get away from the cops!!! First time I had seen it, wouch. The guy did not want the ticket!, And the way he was riding, I would say the ticket was none.
Cop's I think abandoned the chase later down Te Rapa when they could not get around the traffic quick enough. Glad I was not cought up in any mistake that could be been made, the guy was moving!
NUTS! NUTS NUTS NUTS.
I think the guy was just in jeans and jumper to...
First time I seen that.. anyways, thought I would share.
Good to see soo many bikes out today :)
Oh yeah, he was on a R6 or R1, 05-07 model

Because that type of riding from a chick would have invoked and involintary rush of blood away from my head and I would have crashed. That did not happen, So I can assume it was a bloke :P :scooter:

I do not think he had time :P, He kinda had to counterstear his ass off around the car in the left lane infront of me hehe
I want to know where the chase started..
But yeah, He should have made an effort. All the other bikers were friendly today :P

Yeah! I hope he did. Bit off topic but had a funny moment today re the wave thing,me i used to back in the day give a wave to anyone on a bike then i dunno just got to the stage where i couldnt be bothered so didnt.Since being on here every second thread seems to be some moan about someone not waving and usually centered around it being a Harley rider blah blah blah, personally i couldnt give a flying fuck about what someone rides or wether they wave but somehow the whinging ive read on here must have sunk in somehow as when out riding today i had a V-Rod rider give me a hearty full on wave to which i sat up took hand off throttle and gave him the one fingered one back:shit:Sorry mate whoever you were, was just a bit of KB anti wave thread backlash.:shutup:Wouldnt ave mattered what you were riding.

Was going soo quick.. but yeah I guess the guy was tall. Did have fender eliminator. The dude had his t-shirt flapping about below his jacket. And I think the dude had jeans on.

I was more thinking.. Oh I hope they do not pull ME over.. as my bike looked simular.. but I do not have a fender eliminator yet, just the factory thing that bobbles around.

Someone doing 120 -140 kph is not making aserious attempt to get away from the cops. Do you perhaps mean miles per hour?
If you were passed at only 120kph, it was probably the district nurse on her Vespa, running late for her appointemnt with Granny Smith's bunions.

Jesusfarkingbollockswankershit I passed out twice trying to read that sentence...did you take a breath writing it???
As for this nurse on the vespa, did she have heavy sideburn growth and a gyrating pelvis while riding??? In which case it could have been nurse Elvis...she's still alive you know...

Depends where you're doing it, dunnit?
Not all runners are carried out on the open highway, and 200kph through a residential 50 zone is just inconsiderate.

It would be his bike I would say, NO way on earth a theif is good enough to ride an R1 like he did! hehe, A theif would have put the R1 streight into a ... something... Streight anyways as soon as the gas was put on :P
I do not think it was calver, I would have noted the knee down, or atleast sliding a car if it was on a GN125
I did see someone on the back of a blue GN toway do the pillion two handed wave, not sure who that was :P

i dont reckon 120-140 is that bad? i rode from chch to akl couple of weekends ago (got plenty of waves, i give a nod in return), and did 1 forty where possible. and some speeds faster down the long as straight at the south end of the desert road.
