Two broken bones in wrist and lots of bruises, aches pains, and off to the Dr again tomorrow, I just think thank god for that helmet, brand new!!!!

Yup, was wearing Kevlars, but his legs have taken a beating... the nurse was not that nice either, thank god she had a sense of humour!!!!!:wari:

My recomendation for pain relief -- 1 tramol (or two if ya love the morph nausia) + 2 neurophen followed by copious amounts of bourbon !

Tried Buffing it out with Gravel, but it was too coarse!

Deep sea diving my next activity!!!! helmet included.:doh:

Thats where the internett is great hahahaha ! Sigh ! But that gets boring !

Haven't laughed, tried very hard not to cough (still fart but wont lift a cheek) for the last two weeks and i've had enough lol so i feel for him !! Soooo want to get some friggin drug free sleep !!!

Strewth that's scary. I did the same myself a few years back. Broke bones in both hands, and face planted wearing my newish HJC. The visor looked just like that, and the helmet itself was flattened on one side and cracked through the chin piece.

Good helmets to crash in those HJCs. That's why I wear a Shoei now. Good luck with the rehab!
