When I saw "suspension question" I had two thoughts:
I'm always interested in suspension problems, and that the question was posted in the wrong forum.

Yup, guilty here also.

I lost my license for a few months many years ago and was out and about, ended up in the driver's seat shortly before 1.00am on the day I was supposed to get my license back. By sheer coincidence I was stopped (for no apparent reason) and the cop was all ready to arrest me until I told him to look at his watch.

He looked gutted.

As far as I can figure, the 28 day suspension starts immediately, right? So I would be pretty sure that if you lost your license on Sept 1st, you could drive/ride again on Sept 29th.

If in doubt, pop a wheelie, get stopped and let them figure it out.
