Rightly or wrongly, India is way ahead of New Zealand, where licences are issued according to age and incompetence, rather than competence! :rolleyes:

Third world NZ could learn something from India here! :niceone:

Can't see the concept catching on here.

I know of shorties who ride, but at least have a taller partner on the back to enable them to stop at intersections etc.

So encouraging to read that this fellow won't be legal to be on the road at least.
