fuck me that's old... it's not a gang, they were shooting a scene for a film, hence the cameras.

Well, if they were shooting a movie - the pictures weren't too clear either. Hope no one was seriously injured - other than the fuckwit driving! Mind you, I am sure some of the motorcyclists dealt to him.
