I’m a Kiwi rider,
Let me sit down here beside ya’
And tell you tales of life upon two wheels.
Let me tell you of bike riding,
Through this land we have such pride in,
And give you a taste of just how good it feels.
When I sit upon my bike,
There is nothing else I like.
Living on my iron horse,
Well, that’s life for me.
The mountain roads are tough,
But I can’t get enough,
Of riding these great islands Sea to Sea

I’m a Kiwi rider yes-sir-ee,
Motorcycling’s the life for you and for me.
There is no better place to put a smile upon my face,
Than ridin’ round New Zealand pure and free.
You can tour with friends or on your own,
And lap up all of this God’s own.
It’s better than being trapped inside the dreaded cage,
After riding all day aboard your hogs,
You pitch your tent and sleep like logs,
Come sunrise you are off to write another page.
From Cape Reinga down to Bluff,
Ill never ever get enough,
Of touring round the country rain or shine.
There’s always that bit of a wait,
To board the boat across the strait,
Touring this great land of yours and mine.

If speed and skill is more your thing,
Then come with us a-racing,
Whizzing round and round the winding track.
There’s nothing as sublime,
As making laps in record time,
With all the other riders falling further back.
You’ll wish the race will never end,
As you lean into another bend,
And the chequered flag appears within your sights.
To race a bike and feel that speed,
There’s nothing else i really need,
So give it heaps ‘cause winning it is your right.

They say that riding’s in the blood,
When you're head to toe in mud,
From tearing up the paddocks, tracks and trails.
If that sounds like your cup of tea,
Then motocross is the place to be,
Just remember when you skid head for the bales.
To have the guts, to take the dare,
And throw your bike up in the air,
With motocross you really must know your stuff.
Get in the mud and out of town,
It really makes our world go round,
Mx-ing, well, we just cant get enough,
Chorus to end.
