Cliff Hanger Promotions will be holding a meeting on 7th October at the royal Pub (main road) Featherston at 7.30pm.
The purpose of the meeting is to discuss logistics and details of the sprint, assign roles etc.
Anyone who might be able to assist is welcome to attend this meeting.

Things are looking good for the sprint.
Dean Veale will be there on his record breaking Hayabusa.
We need 5 more people to help with marshalling - all marshalls receive a free lunch and drink (non alcoholic sorry), and will go into the draw to win a prize.
This is your chance to see bikes flying past 3 metres away at big speeds. 300kph is likely to be exceeded and is awesome to see and hear.
Please contact me if you or someone you know can assist on the day.
I can also provide fliers if you PM me your e-mail address.

Deano, I've looked at the entry form and it refers me to the MNZ Manual for Safety gear whish is fine, but I can't seem to find the requirements for the Bike. Do I need to drill and wire sump plugs etc. or is it just "Run what you brung"? Chris

I think Cliffhanger should look at holding a sprint meeting further norf. The Hauraki plains have some nice straights.

I have run my Hayabusa at the last 3 Cliff Hanger Sprints. Each time I knew the event was on by looking at the Cliff Hanger web site. The web site has not had any info about a sprint for this Sunday?

Guys - this thread was started on 20 August and has been getting a few nudges along since then.
It is also listed in the events calender.
I guess the ACC levy threads have sort of clouded everyone's vision ?
Actually, you're right about the cliffhanger website - it wasn't updated when the date was confirmed. The IT guy is overseas at the moment.

Weather in the Rapa is overcast, cool but dry. It should clear throughout the day also. Perfect for good fuelling.
