Ever noticed how much more betterer the day goes if you get in a nice long pre-breakfast ride on dry roads..? Coz I did today.....AND almost no traffic neiver...:sunny:

Yep cant go past a dry road, Had rain all week in hawkes bay, But yesterday was fine.. so got the bike out and went 4 a blast, lets hope for more :sunny::sunny::sunny::sunny: days

Mate - I got my first bike last night - such a perfect day to ride from tauranga to auckland this morning!

Twas mostly dry here this morning so decided to go down the famous Lonely track road way to work, sadly half way through I was faced with the back of a delivery truck which ruined the ride for a little while till I could pass :2guns:

Twas mostly dry here this morning so decided to go down the famous Lonely track road way to work, sadly half way through I was faced with the back of a delivery truck which ruined the ride for a little while till I could pass :2guns:
That was me going the other way on my CT110 delivering the mail.

Mate - I got my first bike last night - such a perfect day to ride from tauranga to auckland this morning!

That's impressive. I would have been very tired if I done that when I got my first bike. Well done!

I thought about you this morning as I had my coffee at Jacks. I wondered where abouts in the Waikato you were.

Down 39 to Otorohanga, back to Te Awamutu via Ouruwhero Road and Pokuru and back to the Tron via Paterangi Road and Tuhikaramea Road...120km all up...

Seemed to catch up with the cars today...they must have been going SLOW!!!

Glad its dry as I just put some new tyres on. Will be up bright and early to give them a bit of a scrub tomorrow :sunny:
