Breather tube? Overflow?
Don't try putting a match close to it to help you see....

Thats used for topping up the compression when it gets low. You can buy cans of cylinder compression from your local dealer or supercheap auto's in differing ratios.

That's the emergency fuel dump tube - used when circling the carpark and expecting an emergency braking procedure at any minute.
Trucks also have them and use them on all the best twisties, but for different reasons

Where are you seeing this rubber hose? A little pin? Where is it?
You are most likely seeing a breather hose hanging down behind the engine. It is nothing to be concerned about.

Aha, I see you are new and some are choosing to have a laugh
Yes it will be the breather to prevent a vaccuum (and the bike stopping).
The best advice you have had on here is to get a manual so that you can get a good idea as to what goes where and what it does.
Basics such as checking fluid levels and chain tension/lubrication are all fairly important.
Good luck.
