$160 PW- You get your own shower and bathroom cabinet, the toilet is communal, but there's 2 others so it's only our downstairs one and wont be used much by others. The place is nice and new, two of us are the first lot of people here, ever, and we moved in just last year.
Backyard is a golf course. 2 decks. Touch screen stove top. Remote control heatpumps/airconditioners. Dishwasher. 2 fridges. Smoking outside only. Some furnishings/bed/desk if you want. 3 bathrooms (one nice new shower & sink that's probably only going to be used by you). Central vacuuming system. 2 lounges, furnished.
Safe street for parking, end of a quiet dead end street, good quiet neighbours.
You will not find a nicer place with more benefits for this price.
GREAT view! Close to so many handy shops! Even if you are shit with girls, this place will get you laid! It's PIMPED! These guys found nice girlfriends, so ANYONE can! This place is perfect for lonely gamer geeks wanting some action and to live a life of luxury!
Note that three of the pics are professional promo shots, not our furniture, but the same location/design etc. We have some nice stuff though.

Furnishings: We don't currently have a washer or dryer. Looking for both.
In the area: Pretty much everything. We have a homegym and a MASSIVE golfcourse for our backyard. Loads of shops
Parking: On street only, safe area, safe street, end of rd, dead end hill.
Current
flatmates: 3 existing flatmates. 3 guys, friendly, like to drink and socialise. All gamers, so if you like PC games, you'll fit well.
Ideal flatmate: Like us, clean, tidy, relaxed, gamer or IT professional.
