all 2010 bikes get new micro fusion frames, anodised red hubs and fork tubes (except racing version), new plastics, wave rotors, new fuel tank, new brake pedal, new water pump cover.
and the 300 two stroke gets electric start

Can still see a few of the design quirks that I was glad to see the back of.

Anyone else notice no two discs are the same. Some of the cutouts are huge.

id say it is compare these pics of a 09 yz250f right side and a 08 wr250f left side same motor

it is a Yamaha engine, and 07 i think.
apparently, Yamaha had excess engines left over and approached gasgas to make a 250f out of them using the gasgas frame...

gasgas had the one piece fender in 07', but have now changed to tiny wee side number boards like ktm have had since 08'. dont really know why...
