This is just...woah!

Note: graphic in nature but with a somewhat happy ending. Watch the first link first then read the story in the second link. Not for the squeamish but it is amazing what the human body can put up with. The only thing that got me was when he started picking on..well himself.

That's good I saw the video a few days ago and couldn't believe that people would stand around like that. No one going to his side or anything, sick bastards.

HOLY SHIT!

Would of thought he would be screaming in pain or something.

How could you survive that? Wouldn't he have gotten an infection or something from being in the open air?

Holy shit!! That's pretty gruesome.. I'm 58 seconds in but don't know if I can watch the rest. Those pricks are just standing around having a good look at the poor bastard. So he lived did he?

I don't think he'd be feeling much pain, he'd be in a huge amount of shock.

True. But don't most people die from that amount of shock?

Then again I guess he isn't one of those "most people".

A lot of people that watch that video are always shocked that everyone's standing around and doing absolutely nothing..

What I have to ask is, what exactly do you do?

The ambulance has most likely been called a hundred or so times already, and all you can really do is wait.

No one would touch him at fear of his guts falling out or just generally making it worse. There's people talking to him, making sure he's still about.

Essentially, I myself would just stand around in a panic, not sure if i'd be able to film it though.

Ah yes, to calrify for other people.

The video shows a chinese police officer completely torn in half, still concious.

Blood, guts and agony all included so if that's not your thing, best not to watch it.

Yeah but think about it from his perspective. I would be shit scared thinking I was going to die. If I were there I would be kneeling beside him at least.

True!

Really amazing outcome though, just as well nobody went to his aid, they might have killed him! Good post. (in the end) :shifty: :2thumbsup

There was a doco on tv a few years ago about a guy cut in half by a train,he was railway worker who got caught between train and concrete platform in New York,he was alive for quite a while as the train kept the pressure on his torso,he was able to see his wife and kids and say goodbye. When the train was shifted the trauma killed him, just as the rescue team thought.

Does this say something about the value of life in some cultures? Maybe it's a product of too many people in too small a space.

What I find amazing is he can see his lower half lying next to him and doesnt freak the hell out. He even tries to sit up at one point and sees he is cut in half.

I would like to know how his little walker works.
