TPB trackers are all over the place.
They'll be back on their feet in no time at all.

They had some technical issues yesterday, but they're still up and running.

Glasnost says "There's no indication that your ISP rate limits your BitTorrent uploads."

A couple of weeks back I was having lots of problems with torrents (so I switched to using rapidshare user sites). Turns out I was being routed through the asian side of the pacific ring and somewhere there things were either being actively or accidentally blocked to TPB and Demonoid. Seeing as this is happening to you guys, I'd say it's happening on purpose.
Someone in Asia is purposely blocking shit. The only fix is routing around them - which isn't up to you.
If anyone wants to start using rapidshare sites I've found the RDown addon for Firefox unbelievably good, although you have to edit a line of javascript because there's a bug in the addon. If anyone wants to know about it let me know.
