OK, so, possibly completlely wrong section (or even web site ! :) )...

I ride the bike, and the mrs has a car....

I've just discovered, that the car's WOF expired 3 weeks ago, and the rego a week ago... oh, and it's over due for a service !

obviously can't get a rego, till it's got a wof... oopsie !

Can anyone recommend somewhere on the North Shore that could do a decent (and preferably cheap) job of WOF and Servicing ?

It's a 2003 Mazda Atenza...

Google gave me a shit load of possibilities, but I'd far rather go somewhere someone is recommending !!!

Cheers.

just go to a vtnz place ...you wont have any trouble with such a new car,and they have no vested interest in selling you anything but a wof....dont know about a sevice....

Most VTNZ places do both for you,the wof then rego, should be no problems with 2003 car.
As for service oil and filter from shop and when you want to do it,unless you have warranty then MTA garage asap.

Go to Albany Auto Centre in Bush Road (next to one of the round-a-bouts, dont remember which). Ask for Scott. They are very very good, will complete your service and have your car warranted and WOF'ed. The service includes a complete grooming and the Ladies get a rose left in the car for them. Everything is explained clearly and in laymans terms if you dont understand and anything "out of the ordinary" they get permission via phone first. Thet are reasonably priced as well, and have a courtesy car if available on request.

I got a CV boot done there, not bad. I didn't even have to move my car from my carpark since I work so close heh.

Isn't VTNZ like 50bucks now for a WOF?
