Hiya dude, ya pm box is full

Window size is 2850 wide x 1350 high, so needs a bit more than that to cover the edges.
The window is curved at the top so it would need to be face fixed I guess

Needs to be non see through, but if it let light in that would be good if such a thing existed.

let us know what you can do bro

cheers

Quasi

You're too intimidating, i try to use photos that won't make people think "gosh, you have to be rossi or sidewider to do a motoTT trackday".

;)

Is it true they got a $50 for students entry? I shud be able to afford that plus the trip down and crashing somewhere in Taupo. If so, i'll hopefully be pulling up with my new restricted riders licence! :P

If you do a half day, perhaps! Give Peter an email asking if you can do that, ride@motott.co.nz

Hey, I'm hoping to book in for either group 3 or 2 (harden up Pete!). Is there anyone else going down from Auckland on Friday morning? I'd be keen to share van/trailer expenses if driving down, or would like to share the early morning ride down.

Pete

I'm glad I went. It's a nice break from work/life, doing a track day. I even kind of enjoy getting up at 5am and driving down, then driving back afterwards. The scenery is good.

I think I got 6 sessions, 2 of them the track was almost all dry, except for the small rivers that had formed in a few places ;). After 3 or 4 really wet sessions, it was so good to have a (almost) dry track.

No video this time, camera kind of crapped out.

Here's a few photos though:

Not many. After the first session, they combined groups 1 + 2 and 3 +4 so there were only 2 groups and 20 minutes between sessions. :)

Not too bad considering the weather. I think all up there were about 40 riders. Groups 1 and 2 were merged, giving about 12 (mostly motards) and 3/4 were merged. During the dry sessions there would have been about 25 bikes in the 3/4 group, less in the wet sessions (meow!)

Rode down on Thursday night, good lord, even the grand challenge didn't get me as wet. My cell phone died as a result.
Overall, it was a great day. Had slips every time at T18 & T19, but the rest of the track was fine. Visor fogged up badly despite having anti-fog insert grrr....

:bleh:mate what an awesome day braved the weather but had a lot of track time still when it dried out.
on thing I didnt ike it with that track configuration the white lines were slipery entering and leaving the chicanes. apart from that I am so glad I made the effort to go down

Had a good day. A small turn out of hardy riders, rewarded with about an hour of dryish track.

I'm uploading the photos now. (1000)

A short clip from the first session before the camera filled up with water. Watch out for painted lines :

<object width="425" height="344"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/3k7zA3PPhbc&hl=en&fs=1&"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/3k7zA3PPhbc&hl=en&fs=1&" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="425" height="344"></embed></object>

The camera is drying out in the hot water cupboard now, I'll try to seal it better for next time.
