Seat pad foam?

Does anyone know where I can buy something like this:

Doesn't have to be anything fancy like in the pic. Just a ~2-3cm thick bit of foam with a sticky back will do!

In the past I used the kathmandu ground pad or what ever they call it for having under your sleepingbag when camping about $15 from memory choice of colours. I think I still have some light grey stuff left if you want it it's yours.
