Sorry guy's, I hjave no snese of humoyur over this. The person did a runner and my knee is so swollen that the hospital could only rule out breaks and nothing else.

I am just trying to find someone who can helop me get me and the bloody bike home. I will ride it home myself if I cant.

If it gets to the point where you just need a lift home then I can offer one with my wife and I at around 5:30, unfortunately we don't have a ute or trailer and my gear is at home in Upper Hutt...

+1.
Jokes aside, I can sympathise, Hels. It's not nice being stuck, and in pain.
But if you have to ride, you know you can. Just grit your teeth and get on with it. You can do anything if you have to.

Sorry to hear str8-jacket. Wish I could help, but have to pick my son up from after school. If you want I could pick it up and ride it home for you tomorrow morning. If you drove my car.

I rode my scooter home once with a busted acromo-clavicular ligament (thought I'd dislocated my shoulder at the time) after some plonker pulled out of a car park in front of me. Was only doing about 20k luckily.

Anyway, let me know - could meet you there at a civilised time tomorrow morning. Follow you home as you drove my car - if you were able.

Cheers
Steve

dayum. ok.
Bevan at Motorad may get your bike home on a trailer for a very modest fee if you ask them really nicely - they are pretty good guys.

So what do you need? A van/trailer or someone to ride your bike home?

Just to extend on that, I don't have a car/van, but can catch a train in and bring your bike back to the Hutt.

Cheers everyone for the offers!

I took a HTFU pill and rode it home with my leg carefully dangling the whole way. Got to Petone when the clutch cable snapped.... It has snapped right in the middle so it may be a result if the accident!

Far canal Hels! I hope that knee is only badly bruised love. Oh you poor bugger. Aint Murphy just a prize you know what sometimes? Glad you are home in kind of one piece. Hope that bike is not too badly damaged too.

Arnica for the bruising

I have decided to take one of your HTFU tablets too. I am going to test ride my blue lovely tomorrow, I was considering being a cry baby, but I can t now. I took a splat the other night and have water on the knee and some bruised and painful ribs as a result. Dont what ever you do make me laugh, that is worse than coughing.

Word to the wise, bikes are safe as houses, wet kitchen floors are far more dangerous

Heal quick eh!
