Surprisingly, the answer to your question is remarkably similar to "who makes the best gear for boys?"

After many years of study, I have noticed that women are different, from short to tall, svelte to rubinesque, and all combinations and permutations in between. Apart from being generally lovely, they are a disparate and mysterious bunch. I seriously doubt that there is one size that fits them all. Thankfully.
