Combine Nelson and Tasman Regions?

When you examine the map on the home page of the Wiki the Nelson regions (number 11) is very small. The Tasman region (number 10) is much larger, but because of the geography has nothing in it.

Often people refer to the Nelson/Tasman region as though it was one.

Should we consider combining these two areas on the Wiki?

Don't see why not. Just need to edit the image and renumber them.
