Given Mr Carver's notoriety in general and recent newsmaking stunt, this little ditty has been put together by the greatest collaboration since Simon and Garfunkel...special thanks go to Fatt Max for his superb rendering...

Music and Chorus: Fatt Max
Lyrics: slofox

From the pics I have seen today his head is only a size 10!!!

But this song must surely launch him into folkheroism (is that even a word?)
Sort of a George Wilder??....

All of New Zealand knew of Mr Wilder at one point in this country's recent history. A song was made about him also.

In fact the idea for this ballad or whatever it is came from an old Australian ballad - "The Wild Colonial Boy".

Carver seemed a similar character to me so thus the idea was born. The recent bridge stunt gave me the necessary push to complete the lyrics and enlist the help of that fabulous musician, Fatt Max. So there ya go...Personally I think Max's work is bloody fabulous.

I beleive that the changing of one word in the song could get some air time on Foggy FM or whatever your local radio station is called.

Well done guy's but would it have appeal to those who have no idea who Carver is?

Quality music and lyrics though, should be OK, I have certainly heard a lot worse than that, on the radio! :first:
