Need monitor stand

Picked up my LCD monitor today and when I put it down I heard a crack. The metal bracket inside the stand just crumbled. Its warranty has expired and dont think I'd have much luck anyway considering there are no Dell representatives in NZ. Anyone got ideas of how to get around it. Cant mount it on the wall, but anything else should be alright. I've emailed the Ark computers hoping they sell stands. My next plan is to make a stand but I'd prefer not to have a fugly wobbly handmade stand.

If you remove those 4 screws in teh back, it should expose a VESA standard mount system, so any stand that uses that (which should be any mounts) should fit.

where do i get hold of a stand though? Are they sold seperately?
