Havent seen one of these in the flesh down here in the Boondocks until today.Read a few articles etc and was a bit ho hum about the idea of em, in the flesh :msn-wink:there a real piece of work,cant believe how much smaller they are in real life rather than on paper.It was in getting its first service so i stopped and drooled over it,went to grab some pics but no camera in the ute:nono:caught up with it again at the gas station so had another natter to the bloke an grabbed a few pics.If i could afford one then for 2 up trips away i reckon it would be well worth considering,super comfy.

Hear what your saying,the bloke also has a Prilla RSVR (or whatever) and his comments on the handling of the Can-Am were 'its just like a good handling sports car'.For me anyway it would be something i would look hard at for 2 up touring where speed/going hard through the good bits isnt an issue as opposed to comfort/2 up having fun etc.

It's not a car or a bike - it's a one of them.
It is a more logical 3 wheel set up than a trike and with steering that works. Trikes make no sense.

I tried to get my old man to have a proper midlife crisis, his was a blue mx5 that he did some work on and now leaves in the carport taking up valuable bike parking real estate.

he saw the can-am in a top gear mag on the aeroplane, then we stumbled on one when i was bike shopping this one time, he took 1 look at the price and went right off it.

there must be some expensive tech holding that thing together....

If you're talking a new car then yes it would out perform any new car I can think of that you'd get for $30K.
