Hi,

I'm planning on sitting my restricted on friday - just want to make sure that my bike doesn't fail for any reason.

With this in mind can anyone tell me if your wof and rego has to be "clearly" visable. Mine both currently sit behind the license plate. Is this placement "legal" by the examiners point of view (or am I just worrying about irrelevant crap)?

I already plan to have the L plate clearly in place, just wondering if I should make adjustements to anything else at the same time.

Thanks in advance for your answers.

all the tester is likely to do is check for them both when you first arrive. cant fail you for having them behind the plate as that is legal. if he does fail you for that, write in and demand a free retest with a different instructor. the test guy i had was a bit pedantic and wanted to fail me on the spot cos my l plate was chewed up from the back tyre. i guess he would be chewed up after some 20thousandk too.

My tester asked to see them, but wasn't worried that they were tucked away behind the numberplate.

Thanks to both of you for replying.

You were right. Tester asked to check them but was happy with where they were.
