Hi there,
I was wondering if anyone knew where I could buy either new or used Hyosung Parts.
Had a small accident last week so I need a Front Brake Leaver in silver and I also need a right-hand-side Heel Guard Bracket.
Went to the local dealer but they wanted $135 for the brake leaver + $160 for the bracket.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Cheers.

You could just ride behind a Hyo for awhile, net at the ready.
Alternatively, the only other place I can think of is a wrecker. Not sure if he'd stock anything, but the guy right next to the Honda dealer on Barry's point road might help.

$135 front brake lever, on a hyobag, that does not make a lot of sense, one for my honda was only 20 bucks.

Even adjustable levers are available as an aftermarket option for around $20-25.

Yip I'd second the aftermarket idea.

Try Queen Street motorcycles, they've always been cheaper than the rest for me.

Great! - Thanks for all your replies. Ended up getting a Front Brake Leaver through bits4bikes.com for $27.54 going through the same dealer that was trying to sell me the exact same part for $135.00. :Oi:
I haven't yet purchased a Footrest Bracket - Will probably end up getting one from Mt Eden who quoted me $148.00 (Best dealer price in NZ... so far), although Richard Jordan from www.richardhyosunggvgt.com in South Korea quoted me USD$45.00 for the part with an extra USD$25.00 for shipping (NZD$94.56 in TOTAL) which is more than reasonable, I'm just not too fussed on having to wait that long until I get back to riding. I'd rather pay the extra $53.00 to get it now.

Don't worry about the wait.... I've ordered stuff from him and had it 3 days later:Punk:

A brake lever for a Hyosung? That sounds like a reasonable trade!

I couldn't agree more - Richard replied to my email enquiry within a day, the parts were on their way 6 hours later, and arrived 5 days after that....good price, great service

When I broke the clutch lever on my GV250 I replaced it with one for a Suzuki Intruder 250. Try your local Suzuki shop if your Hyosung shop is too expensive.

What a lot of people dont realise is that hyosung and suzuki have been supplying parts to eachother for a long time!
Hyosung just forgot to hire a quality assurance team before 2008 IIRC :facepalm::facepalm::facepalm:
