Anyone know if i can fit a bigger rear tyre to my rim? widder i meen of course.. it has a 150 on it now

what width is your rim, and will you have enough room between the chain, swingarm etc. also fitting a bigger tyre could upset the feel of your bike, make it a little slower to tip into turns.

Yeah you can probably run a 160/60 as opposed to the 150/70. Some tyre places will throw the 160 on if they have it in stock, pump it up and see what it looks like. You can then make a call as to whether you want to go that way or the 150. It may be a little lower in the back.

Why would you want to go wider the 150 is heaps.

I am assuming the you have a 4.5 rim. It's stamped on the wheel. If it's not 4.5 forget everything and stay 150.

purely looks pretty much i like the big fat look. was going to get the vfr rear well i heard they go on if i change the hub
