Just bought a GPX750

I managed to find a mint GPX750 and bought it for $3k. Picking it up later this week.

It's black and goes like a cut cat. It also a load of engine work recently so will last for ever.

This is definately the coolest thing I've done this week. Who else had one one of these 80's icons and what did you think?

I had a GPZ750 , the 1st unitrak model 1983, cool old muscle bike. did great skids and i caned the arse off it. I have another one at the moment , bit of a project. No time tho and doing house renavations(and race bike engine) . too many toys

What year is the GPX?

There are some good web sites, bit confusing all the different models between the UK and USA . there are GPz and GPZ depending on air or water cooled(made at the same time) and codes and frame ID change in some markets

I wouldn't mind the 500CC upgrade! They are reasonably cheap as well. If you want to sell it this time next year give me yell :msn-wink:

Nice ol bike, but I think my 86 GSXR750 I recently bought will have yours for breakfast though.
