Behaviour isn't always mucked up in these people. All comes down to how much you smoke it and how often you smoke it.
A chick I know used to smoke it every night and then in the morning before work for 5 days then crash out over the weekends.
She'd sleep most weekends away. Still held a 75k plus role for years. Moved onto a bigger better role now and is getting back on the right track.

No-one saw the guy on Motorway Patrol?
Caused two crashes because he was falling asleep. He said he left the CBD at 4.30 but was pulled over at 6pm at Tristram Ave and didnt know where he had been.
Cops weren't sure about him but i think they had some idea because he was staggering around and when they searched him they had their gloves on. Not surprisingly they found a big P pipe.
What was surprising though was that he was fined $250 plus court costs. The countries judicial system needs to grow some backbone.

Hmmm...that frustrates me when I was fined for exceed 70 km/h as a learner. The officer even commented on my safe riding at the time (I was well within the posted speed limit). I didn't cause two accidents. AND I knew where I was. Fine: $400.

How many have had someone they know fall off the planet thanks to the shit?
Fat, skinny, calm, aggro, it affects different people in different ways, like most drugs, but to really have any idea of the side effects of a drug you have to witness a bunch of stuff, not read about in the paper. (Or even on kb:eek5:)

P use doesn't lead to violence. The cops told me.
Violent crime stats have increased, but that's because more is being reported rather than an actual increase.
P use figures are also increased. But seeing as *actual* violent crime figures hasn't increased there's no correlation between the two.

You got to admire someone that knows about endocarditis but then uses "preliminary embolism" in the same post. :-) I don't mean that in a demeaning way, it just made me smile. Could you have meant pulmonary?

And aseptic technique. In fact, a common injection practice involves licking the needle prior to injection (druggies give it a fancy name that escapes me at the moment). Essentially you are providing a carrier from one of the most bacteria laden bodily environments directly into your blood-stream. That tends to lead to septicaemia and, if treated late or not at all, death from septic shock.

I know of several cases of a similar nature - eg:young guy in his tidy car gets to 50kph faster than a marauding senior sergeant thought was appropriate - $600 fine, drunk driver in same court, second offence, $400 fine!
And the courts and police wonder why whatever respect they have is slipping away by the day.......
I know several people who do/used to do P. One ended up losing her husband, kids, house, etc and ended up whoring to get the stuff. Strange thing (or perhaps not) - it used to be not uncommon for diet pills to have methamphetamines in them. It boosts the body's metabolic rate, burning up calories. Dunno if/when they stopped putting them in, but I've heard they're still in diet pills in some countries.
