Got my handling test done back in Feb, but with uni I'm not gonna be able to do the theory test for another few weeks, just wondering if theres a restriction on up to how many months you must sit your theory test by...?
Thanks all

To memory it should be written on the handling certificate. My copy of the roadcode doesn't mention a timeframe, nor can I find anything on the LTSA website.
From what I can remember that was on mine, it was 3 months.

you must complete within the 10 year time frame (license issue), or when you go to get your license re-newed, they drop the learners portion

i had y practical one for 7 months before getting my written test done. and i was talking to a guy today that said his mate had his for 5 years and it lapsed and he had to re-sit the practical one to get his learner.
so in conclusion and few more weeks shouldnt hurt
