It's a Macromedia Flash file. It works OK for me with Flash player 6.
You can update to the latest Flash player here (http://www.macromedia.com/software/flashplayer/) .

And then you can amuse yourself with these (http://www.b3ta.com/features/vids/).

LOL my friend gave me the same flash thing about 4 months ago and he is still going on about it. (Small things amuse small minds):D

Aslo might shove that on my website if i have time:p
