Our new major sponsor and supporter - Wellington's Museum Hotel.

Museum Hotel has come on board to help Skachill Racing through the 2009/2010 Road Race Series.
Museum Hotel have been a long standing supporter of road racing in New Zealand and I feel honored to have their support.
The 2009 Tri Series and 2010 NZSBK series would not have become a possibility without the support of Museum Hotel and my valued sponsors Ozzy Performance, Ohlins & CKT, Continental Tyres and Skunkworks Web Design.

Maybe it's a good time to say how supportive Shaun has been to my sons (all 3) in their road racing. When they write the history book Shaun will stand tall as the ONLY top level road racer (in recent times) who made a serious effort
to support and develop youthful talent at considerable expense to himself.
Thanks Shaun, on behalf of Patrick, Dominic and Cameron.

WTF sort of comment is that!!

He's supported Glen all year and pleanty of others before him and there will be more in the future.

Shauns a hands on kind of guy, with fukin heaps of experience, sure he asked for a lot in the past but fuck he's giving heaps back now!

Dumb ass comment dude. You going to put your hands in your pockets to the same extent?

Nice first post mate!?! KB at its finest right here! Regardless of whether you like Shaun or not, this is pretty inappropriate and unfair IMHO!

If you intend on slinging shit like that around - perhaps you should grow some balls and post your real name too.

To get things back on track.

Well done Glen - looking forward to seeing you in action during the next nats.

Warts and all Shaun does put a lot back in, maybe we should see a list of what other high profile ex racers and summertime teams are engaged in helping people during the winter road racing season and beyond. I know that its very very thin....and there are a lot of takers out there using other peoples money and have rather overmilked it in the good times. And if you are going to make comments like that at least have the courage to say who you are.

Before making a idiot of yourself with such an Unfair statement, why dont you find out the facts first. What input and help have you ever given to a Rider in helping him/her be out on the Race track???????????????????

Shaun isn't the only top level racer to put a big effort into developing the next young generation, there are two in fact.
Steve Ward. His efforts are huge, and he gets results pretty quickly. The last 3 125GP champions have all come from or through his stable.
Is there any else I've missed?

Yes that is 100% correct, Steve puts a heck of a lot in and there will be a couple of others.

Yip I agree I have alot of respect for Shaun when he helped me out when I was really struggling and I went and asked him he actually went and watched me and told me were I was going wrong and how to improve hes a real top guy and it pisses me off people saying what they say about him.

At least he had the effort to get in there and give Glen a shot and also all the tohers he has helped and actually improved them as riders.

Also I agree with the Steve Ward comment another top bloke not even part of his team and he helped me and dad out when we were stuck with our 125

But then theres your Robert and Dennis's (sp) who come and help people who ask about there suspension etc.

Your Andrew Lawrence's etc

Any way

Hope it all works out for you Glen p.s I think its time you got a Kawasaki

Well you guys are tetchy about Shaun Harris aren't you? Sorry I can't grow balls as I'm a female. I was just commenting on what I've observed on here. Shaun Harris was on here not that long ago saying Glen was the rider he was getting a new bike for and taking overseas, it was all arranged and we've heard no more about that. Then some months ago it was Sam Love who was on the golden path. I was just stating what I've seen on here written by Shaun Harris himself. How defensive you all are, well is he a God? I think NOT.:bash:

I did say warts and all, yes Shaun is inclined to change his mind a lot but the fact remains he has passion for the sport and has undeniably helped a LOT of people at not insignificant cost to himself. I dont always agree with him either, hes not perfect but neither am I. But he is not just a taker overmilking the cow when times are good and there are plenty of those!

Don't be so suprised. Racers are just like any other dysfunctional family; members getting drunk and slapping each other over the boxing day bbq. But woe betide someone unknown taking a pot-shot at a sibling. Shaun definitely puts more in than he takes out. I think you picked the wrong target.
