Hey guys,
I'm doing my final marketing assignment for my stage 3 marketing strategy paper, and since you're all consumers out there then I thought this would be a great place to get some research.
We're in team groups and a girl in my team has put together a survey on our project dealing with the brand Huffer, it would be awesome if you guys could take part!
The survey takes less than 5 mins, and it'll help us out heaps in terms of data numbers!
It's a pretty bullshit assignment, but the thing is that we're just after numbers really... I don't care what you put in the survey in terms of the truth. Especially as I think some of the questions are mandatory even if you've said you haven't heard of Huffer haha, just fill it out anyway please that'd be great!
Just click the link and answer a couple of questions - http://www.eSurveysPro.com/Survey.aspx?id=8b5f7665-9303-40a2-ada0-9cfa532061a1
Thanks again!

No. Europeans live in Europe. English live in England. You'll note the UK retains the pound sterling... :-)

UK is part of the Europe continent, pommes just dont like to admit it cos Englands not on the big piece of land, its just on an island by itself close to the big piece of land called Europe

On that basis there should be an Australasian (or should that be Oceanian) category rather than a NZ European and a Maori category. The list wasn't "continentally" (is that a word) based but rather "culturally" based. I'll concede that England is on the European continent. But culturally.... :-)

Surely if you are carrying out a survey and wish to make some sense of it you need to have reliable data? Even if this is an assignment, you would do much better with information that is useful and not bullshit....

Isn't NZ an island by itself close to the big piece of land called Australia? :-) (We should probably stop. Soon.)

Done. KB would probably be the worst place to have a survey though. Wouldn't mind seeing some of the answers :bleh:

One problem with surveys is that people lie all the time... Even a face to face interview people can lie, and do, even if it's just because they don't wanna seem ignorant... So how can any data be proven as reliable?
Anyway, it's a bullshit assignment in terms of what they're wanting to get outta this so they can have back some bullshit data. :sunny:

Haha yep she said there are some pretty rude comments lol :whocares:
I find it's a good place, there are a lot of consumers, they're mainly from NZ, there's a big range in age and also occupation.

Not too much over thinking required, answer the ones that require answers, ignore the rest. Completely painless and very quick.
What is HUFFER btw?

Yep, they want us to think of a new product/strategy to make money from. I feel like turning around and saying "Your advertising is shit nobody even knows who you are come back to us when you've done some work yourself!"

Ofcourse you've taken into consideration the age of your average kiwibiker and the age group HUFFER is selling too..
Seems they're too lazy, or poor, to actually do some advertising themselves so they rely on word of mouth.

What is the age of the average KBer anyway? I assume a poll has been done but I can't find it. Anyone else more successful?

I'm thinking somewhere around 13. Just when the hormones of puberty start to kick in.
