Getting really pissed off with this lot. Its bad enough missing out on something thanks to the way the stock will all be allocated to people then just bounced from person to person until someone actually pays for it then they do this to me....

I ordered something the other day now they tell me my order was allocated to the website for other people to purchase :angry2: Obviously i get a refund but i would much rather just have my fucking underwear thank you very much :argh: Hope whoever got my underwear gets the clap or something.

Yep, they suck - I had a similar problem with them a while back (coincidentally over an undie purchase too...:lol:) Their website had a glitch that fucked up my order, they wouldn't change the order to what I originally wanted and then took a week to refund my credit card. Result one ex customer.

+1 Had one problem with a pair of Jandals (they couldn't count stock levels) but they had a similar pair and they got back to me all in 1-day ;)

They underestimated the popularity and so didn't have the server power for their site. Seems to be sorted now.

Don't get me started about one of their competitors Off The Back! Holy shit, 2 weeks to get the product, blamed the supplier for running a "bad business", and it took them over a week to let us know that!!!

I have used 1-day before and never had any trouble but i really do need some new undies and $20 for a 3 pack is 1/3rd of the price i normally pay hence my frustration :jerry:
