What are peoples[who know] experiences of 1996-99 SRAD 600 gsxrs? Good for a second bike-particularly for the track?. What issues with them? I have heard that Cam chain tensioners are an issue, and that the rear shock link is not that good a design? Your feedback appreciated.

They have a 36mm rear axle nut.
Get the tentioner drilled out and stick a bolt in there (or get somone who knows what they are doing to do that for you...)

Why Chris? Genuine question.
It makes the tensioner into a manualy adjusted one.
Stops (at least the honda) auto tensioners from crapping out, It does however mean you have to tighten it yourself...

Will have to chat next time I call in to your work.
