It may be alright for you younger ones, but the older generation expect, and need, to carry out our business electronically.

I do go to the branch to stick money IN...some Luddites still use CASH to pay with...besides there's this hot blonde bikerchick in there behind the counter who I like to talk to...:love:

We prefer not to have cash. The cost of sending someone to the bank to deposit and process it versus the cost of other fees makes cash expensive.

Fair enuf. Just at my work someone will ALWAYS pay with cash and so if someone's going to the bank anyway....
Usually it's me going to the bank as well. It's on my way home so no extra costs. Just 30 seconds to stop at the bank and drop a bag in a slot.
Plus the value is turnover dependent
