How much brake fliud?

Any idea on how many millilitres of brake fluid there is in the front brake system of a modern sportsbike (reservoir, lines etc etc?)

That's right. You're supposed to chuck it once you've opened the bottle, as it's hygroscopic (absorbs moisture from the atmosphere). However, if you're careful, and replace the lid fairly quickly, it's not a problem.
