Who to go to for a re-vin? (Auck)

Hi guys n girls,

Im about to put a dereg bike back on the road. Anyone got any recommendations on who to take it to for the inspection? Anyone had any good or bad experiences with certain inspection centers?? I really dont want some miserable old fart picking it to bits.

I have used the AA (Archers Road) and found them a real pedantic pain in the arse (should the brake cable be that colour?).

The second time I use Coventry Group (Porana Road) and found them really proactive and knowlegdeable.

What was wrong with yellow's suggestions?

I took mine to a place in Hamilton because the places around me have no idea what they're doing and only wanted to throw obstacles in the way. Was fully sorted in 2 hours and this was an old bike from oversea's that had mainly german paperwork.
