tent might be bit chilly in the kind of weather NZ is having at the moment - but sure to be some accommodation available if you gooooooogle it LOL (and, I've only had 2 bourbons sofar hick):whocares:

im not sure if there is a pub there or not, i havent been there for ages. have you considered lake ferry? there is a pub there and lots of good roads.
